Need something for the whole family? Mixed Age classes are designed for little ones at different developmental levels to make music together. Families build connection, grownups learn ideas for music exploration and play at home, and there’s room for everyone to grow.

Sometimes, the best learning happens when we’re all together. Mixed age classes allow families with siblings, neighbor groups of varying age levels, and anyone who’s drawn to the time slot to attend. Educators accommodate powerful and enjoyable music and movement activities for all stages of development, so that everyone is comfortable, engaged, and learning!
Emily Chang is a Licensed Avatar® Master, Accredited Kindermusik Educator, and Certified Simply Music Piano Teacher. Believing in the value of early childhood music education, Emily sought to bring her love of music and young children together with the establishment of Kindermusik with Ms. Emily. She currently teaches classes in San Gabriel, Arcadia, and South Pasadena. She has been offering private piano lessons, music theory, aural skills, and sight-reading to students of various ages since 2002. Emily studied with Professor Dennis Thurmond at the University of Southern California, where she received her Bachelor of Music degree in Piano Performance. She is also a member of the Music Teachers' Association of California.
In every Kindermusik class, you’re welcomed into a playful and nurturing environment where your child will experience music of varying styles, genres, and cultures. They’ll interact (virtually) with other children and engage in movement, rhythm, and vocal activities that develop far more than just music skills. Our approach to early childhood education and award-winning, research-based, and developmentally appropriate curricula prime children for success in school and in life.

Though the payments occur monthly, they do not reflect a certain number of classes per month, but rather a total divided into 11 monthly payments. Every 12th month will be your FREE month!
Scheduled breaks are also already prorated into the monthly plan, as well as families’ possible vacation and sick days.
This plan guarantees that you'll have 36 weeks classes every 12 months, meaning you could have 2-5 weeks of classes a month.

If you need to cancel enrollment, an email to KindermusikWithMsEmily@gmail.com 10 calendar days prior to your upcoming credit card charge date is required.
If the email is sent within 10 calendar days of your next credit card charge date, your last payment will be that upcoming one.
You will receive an email confirming your cancellation, but if you don’t receive it after 3 business days of sending your email, please call/ text to 626-374-1800 to inquire about your cancellation.
