Our Policy

Welcome to a new semester of Kindermusik with Little Maestros! Thank you for your commitment to our program. Please enter through the main doors. If your class begins before the store opens, someone will let you in. Here are a few reminders for our exciting weeks to come.

Please plan to arrive 5 minutes early for class. Arriving a little before class (but not too early!) allows the children time to settle in to the musical environment around them. To avoid distractions, we do request that toys, juice cups, and pacifiers be kept out of sight in the classroom whenever possible, and that snacks be finished prior to class. Be sure to dress comfortably!

In the event that class is cancelled due to inclement weather, we will do our best to reschedule the class, but cannot guarantee to do so.

For Cancellations, please watch Channel 2 news – KGAN, Channel 9 news KCRG, check your email, call your educator, or call West Music (3779100).

Tuition is due in full when enrolling on line. Charge on line or make checks payable to: Little Maestros and mail to: 4265 Sunland Ct SE Cedar Rapids, IA 52403. Tuition refunds may be requested due to unexpected family move or serious illness. Refunds cannot be offered for materials. Any refund requests will be considered on an individual basis. A $10.00 processing fee will be applied to all refunds.

Limited class sizes and unique class settings mean that most classes will be unable to accommodate nonenrolled siblings. It is ideal for a parent to bring only the enrolled child(ren) to class in order to give full attention to that child and fully participate in class. However, if a nonenrolled child will be attending please have them sit quietly in the available seating inside the classroom and be as nondisruptive as possible.

By the way, we love for parents to visit with one another before or after class, but not during class, please. When you are an active, focused, enthusiastic participant in
