Need something for the whole family? Mixed Age classes are designed for little ones at different developmental levels to make music together. Families build connection, grownups learn ideas for music exploration and play at home, and there’s room for everyone to grow.
Sometimes, the best learning happens when we’re all together. Mixed age classes allow families with siblings, neighbor groups of varying age levels, and anyone who’s drawn to the time slot to attend. Educators accommodate powerful and enjoyable music and movement activities for all stages of development, so that everyone is comfortable, engaged, and learning!
Gabrielle Campagna (she/her) earned her BA in Dance and BS in Biology from Muhlenberg College in Allentown, Pennsylvania. For more than 15 years, she has worked as a professional dancer and choreographer with companies in Pennsylvania, Washington, DC, and the Tacoma area while traveling the country with her husband, an officer in the United States Army. Gabe and her family have now settled in Tacoma, where she is delighted to be part of the local arts and early childhood education community. She received her Doctor of Physical Therapy from The George Washington University in 2011 and currently practices as a Board-Certified Orthopedic Physical Therapist. Gabe also serves as Co-Director of the Barefoot Collective in Tacoma, is a Reiki I practitioner, and is pursuing her 200-hour International Yoga Teacher Training certification. As a mom of two Kindermusik children, Gabe deeply believes in the power of music and movement to support child development. She brings her unique perspective as a physical therapist, dancer, and parent to the classroom and teaches our baby and toddler classes at Kiddos and Kin.

In every Kindermusik class, you’re welcomed into a playful and nurturing environment where your child will experience music of varying styles, genres, and cultures. They’ll interact with other children and engage in movement, rhythm, and vocal activities that develop far more than just music skills. Our approach to early childhood education and award-winning, research-based, and developmentally appropriate curricula prime children for success in school and in life.
