Did you know sound recognition begins in the womb? Foundations classes are all about exploring and reacting to new sounds, objects, and movements. Plus, parents and caregivers heighten connections with their babies by learning bonding techniques.
1/2 is due with registration
The Foundations class is so much more than lullabies and swaying. We teach families how sound exploration, listening activities, and dances help babies communicate, stimulate eye-tracking skills, and learn to move and coordinate new muscles.
Julie holds a Bachelor of Music in Music Therapy and is a licensed Kindermusik educator. Julie also holds a certificate in Early Childhood Development. Julie has 30 years experience working with children in the early childhood setting in various settings such as Welborn's Mulberry Center, The Rehabilitation Center Milestones, private music therapy clients and has been teaching Kindermusik for the past 19 years. Julie enjoys working with children and feels that all children are unique and need to be treated that way in the class setting. Julie and husband Jim have been blessed with two children, Eric 28(and wife Brittany) and Megan 23. Kindermusik with Julie was named the top #1 studio in the United States in 2016 and the #2 studio in 2017 and 2018.
