Need something for the whole family? Mixed Age classes are designed for little ones at different developmental levels to make music together. Families build connection, grownups learn ideas for music exploration and play at home, and there’s room for everyone to grow.

Sometimes, the best learning happens when we’re all together. Mixed age classes allow families with siblings, neighbor groups of varying age levels, and anyone who’s drawn to the time slot to attend. Educators accommodate powerful and enjoyable music and movement activities for all stages of development, so that everyone is comfortable, engaged, and learning!
Dr. Laura Hancock has always wanted to be an educator. She graduated Summa Cum Laude from The University of South Florida with a double major in Music Education and Flute Performance ('93) followed by a master's degree in Varying Exceptionalities (USF, '97) and a Doctor of Worship Studies from Liberty University in 2020. She has enjoyed a lifetime of teaching music as an elementary music specialist, middle grades band assistant, and private flute instructor. She has spent her most enjoyable hours volunteering in church activities including nursery, preschool, and children's church as well as leading first grade Life Group and children's choir. Her volunteer work extended to the public schools in every area from tutoring reading to serving as room mom to teaching music and winning numerous grants for our public-school music classrooms. Her love of music is only surpassed by her compassion for children and families. Fulfilling God's plan for her life is her ultimate passion while her family and the opportunity to bring Kindermusik to an underserved community are her greatest joys.
