Kindermusik Level 3

Our Level 3 classes start with instrument exploration and lean into how to play music as a group. Preschoolers experience all the excitement of new sounds and independent creativity, while fueling their social-emotional development (and school readiness!) by learning how to work together.

  • Language Understanding
    Children gain a wider vocabulary and knowledge of story structures and learn how to decode and interpret symbols.
  • Cognitive
    Preschoolers show a growing ability to memorize and recall information, and present increased attention and focus.
  • Listening and Sound Recognition
    Children are able to detect patterns, nuances, and timbre in different sounds they hear.
  • Socialization
    Children learn to wait patiently, take turns, work cooperatively in a group, and communicate effectively and respectfully.
Betty Lee

Betty Lee

In addition to teaching Kindermusik since 2012, Betty is a classical flautist and is currently the Early Childhood Music Specialist for Wesley Prep. Her Bachelor's degree of Music Education, with emphasis in early childhood music and elementary music education, is from the University of North Texas. At Miss Betty’s Kindermusik classes, parents and children are encouraged to experience and explore music through singing, dancing, and playing to foster a love for life long learning.
