Kindermusik baby, toddler, and family style classes are for parent and child. Please come prepared to learn, move, and have fun with your little one(s)! Because some of our wonderful venues maintain dance flooring, we keep a no-shoe policy. Barefoot is best at Kindermusik but, if you prefer covered feet, grippy socks work great, too!
Included in your class experience is the Kindermusik@Home online learning component. Consider making learning with Kindermusik part of your daily routine. Enjoy the mp3 album at home or on the go, bond with your child over the e-storybook, or click through activities to learn mobile app literacy in a musical way. Your child will get so much more out of their Kindermusik experience and it will build their confidence for class.
Illness policy: If your child is sick or running a fever, please keep them home. This ensures a healthy environment for all children and any infant siblings that may be present.
Make-up policy: While we do not offer refunds for missed classes, please contact Ms. Angelica about the one-time per year option of applying your class credit toward a future registration.
Refund policy: No refunds will be issued after the 1st class of every new session. The total cost of materials (15$) and a $10 processing fee are non-refundable.
Teacher absence: If class is cancelled because of teacher emergency or illness, notification will be sent out via email and text message (if phone number is supplied). A make-up class will be scheduled as soon as possible. To clarify, refunds are only provided if a make-up class cannot be scheduled.
Weather cancellations: Any cancellations due to inclement weather will be announced via email and/or text (as specified by parent) and will be re-scheduled as quickly as possible. Refunds are not provided.
Un-enrolled siblings: Due to the delicacy of the infant/toddler class setting, older siblings do not attend class. If there is a day off school when you would like to bring an older sibling, please make Ms. Angelica aware prior to class time so that the sibling may be included as a class helper. Newborn infants may be brought to an older sibling’s class as long as baby is content in a car seat, infant carrier, or wrap.
Sibling discount: Families with multiple children enrolled in the same class will receive our sibling rate for every child after the first enrolled.
Special per class rates for partial attendance are available for students who face regular planned absences. If you know ahead of time that you must miss multiple classes and cannot attend a make-up, please email Ms. Angelica to discuss.

Your satisfaction is of the utmost importance and I value open communication with my parents. If for any reason you are unhappy or discontent with your Kindermusik experience, please let me know! If you need to withdraw from Kindermusik for any reason, please give Ms. Angelica written notification (email works fine). Refunds are not available for mid-unit withdrawals, but classes can be made-up if arrangements are made. Families are always welcome back at any time!
