Michelle has been a lifelong resident of Cedar Falls, Iowa. She has been musical all her life - singing, dancing, figure skating, and playing the violin. She has a Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology from the University of Northern Iowa with an emphasis in Childhood Speech and Language Disorders, and lives with her husband and two children. Michelle is the owner of This Little Light Studio and teaches all levels of Kindermusik. Her mission is to educate families and facilitate the development of the whole child through music and movement. She will guide your class with a loving presence, helping you understand how your child is developing musically, cognitively, and socially.
At This Little Light Studio, you’re welcomed into a playful and nurturing environment where your child will experience music of varying styles, genres, and cultures. They’ll interact with other children and engage in movement, rhythm, and vocal activities that develop far more than just music skills.
