Join the fun of the Mira, Royal Detective Experience, presented by Kindermusik and Disney Junior®, from the comfort of your home! In this 45-minute digital music and movement class, your child will explore musical sounds Mira might hear in the magical Indian-inspired kingdom of Jalpur, learn about her culture’s traditions, and get all the early childhood developmental benefits of a traditional Kindermusik class. Solve mysteries just like Mira using your own easy-to-craft magnifying glass, get creative with makeshift instruments, and continue the fun with streamable music!
Courtney is Musical Moment's fearless director and an experienced licensed Kindermusik educator. Courtney, a graduate of West Virginia University, uses her B.S in Child Development and Family Studies with additional certifications in infant and toddler development and special education to transform the lives of children through music and movement. These musical experiences will establish foundations for a lifetime love of learning in all areas of development. Courtney will effortlessly guide your class from one activity to the next, helping you understand how your child is developing musically, cognitively, socially, and more. Prior to teaching, Mrs. Courtney was a Kindermusik parent and continues to use the Kindermusik curriculum with her own children. When Courtney is not teaching she and her family (three boys 6 and under) love to visit Disney World or hang out at the beach taking in the warm Florida sunshine.
In every Kindermusik class from birth thru age 7, you’re welcomed into a playful and nurturing environment where your child will experience music of varying styles, genres, and cultures. They’ll interact with their caregiver, other children, and engage in movement, rhythm, and vocal activities that develop far more than just music skills. Our approach to early childhood education and award-winning, research-based, and developmentally appropriate curricula prime children for success in school and in life. Each class is led by a licensed Kindermusik educator with a diverse background including combinations of early childhood development, music education, or music therapy degrees.
