As Kindermusik’s Commander-in-Chief, Scott is responsible for leading the vision and operations of the world’s largest and most profitable music-and-movement program. Scott received a B.S. in Zoology from University of North Carolina Chapel Hill and an M.B.A. from Duke University.
Kelly Green, Vice President and General Manager, Schools Division
With over 22 years of experience in early childhood education, Kelly is responsible for the operation and expansion of Kindermusik@School, our research-based and proven music enrichment curricula for young children ages 0-7. Kelly is passionate about delivering solutions and methods that support a young child’s development, and is always looking for simple, effective, and fun educational tools for educators to use with young children. Debby Pool, Ph.D., Vice President of Research, Product Development, and Professional Development
As Kindermusik’s Vice President of Research, Product Development, and Professional Development, Debby drives the company’s overall product vision and is responsible for the development of all curriculum materials and consumer products. She holds a B.A. in Psychology & English from Indiana University and a Ph.D. in Human Development from The University of Chicago.
Heather Bouchillon, Vice President and General Manager, Studio Division and IT
As Vice President of Operations, IT, and Customer Solutions, Heather is responsible for Kindermusik’s strategic vision, technical operations, and overall customer experience. She received her B.S. in Print Production and Imaging Technology from Chowan University and is currently pursuing her M.B.A. from Elon University.
Angelica Manca, International Director: Europe, Middle East, and Asia
As International Director, Angelica is responsible for Kindermusik’s international strategy and growth in Europe, the Middle East, and Asia. She is a sought-after keynote speaker on Bilingualism and Comparative Linguistics and holds a B.S. in Psychology and Spanish from the University of Kent at Canterbury.
Betsy Flanagan, Director of Professional Development
Betsy brings over 35 years of teaching and education experience to her role as Director of Professional Development. She is responsible for the development and facilitation of all professional development and training initiatives. Betsy graduated summa cum laude from Illinois State University earning her B.A. in Music Education and an M.M. in Choral Conducting and Voice Performance. She also completed her Doctoral coursework in Choral Conducting/Opera from the University of Illinois in Champaign, Urbana where she was granted an Academic Fellowship.
Nicole Dominguez, Director of Global Marketing
As Director of Global Marketing, Nicole is responsible for Kindermusik’s corporate brand, communications, and integrated marketing efforts worldwide. Her content marketing strategies have been recognized as best-in-class. Nicole earned her B.A in Communications, with an emphasis in Advertising from San Diego State University.
