ShopWe want you to be happy with all of your selections from the Kindermusik Store, however, if you are not satisfied for any reason, you may return an item within 30 days from the date of purchase. Simply complete the return form that came on the back of your invoice and send it back to us. We will promptly issue a refund to your credit card.

Parent Returns:
We stand behind the quality of all our products. You may return any item in its original condition, for any reason, within 30 days from the date of purchase. We will gladly replace the item, or issue you a full refund--it's your choice!
Educator Returns:
- One replacement order on missing/damaged items will be shipped free per invoice number.
- You may return At Home Materials at any time provided that they are unopened, unused, and have not been discontinued.
- Damaged and defective items may be returned for exchange within 60 days of purchase.
- Fundamentals of Kindermusik may be returned within 30 days of purchase as long as the materials are unused and returned in their original condition.
- When you ship a return, please use a shipping service that can provide tracking in order to avoid lost shipments. Kindermusik can not be responsible for lost returns.
- All other Kindermusik items may not be returned, including Teacher Kits and instruments.
- All returns must include the original invoice number.
- All replacement items will be shipped FedEx Ground.
