License renewals are due March 31st, every year. Please visit the Teacher's Lounge and click on "Information & Links," for additional renewal information.

Teacher Locator

To be listed on this service as active under each Kindermusik curriculum, you must have purchased at least five sets (net) of At Home Materials within the same unit of curriculum during the preceding 12 months. This indicates that you are actively teaching that Kindermusik curriculum. If you have not met these purchase requirements, you will not be included on the list until you do. Your active teaching status will be reviewed weekly to ensure your inclusion or exclusion is commensurate with your purchasing activity. Changes in an educator's status should appear in approximately 10-14 days following that change.

If you meet the requirements noted, please try "refreshing" your screen and/or deleting your temporary Internet files (usually located under Internet Options in your browser) to ensure you are receiving the most up-to-date information.

Order Related Issues

For questions and issues related to orders, contact Customer Care at 1-800-628-5687 or you may email your request to orders@kindermusik.com. If you have a time-sensitive issue, call Customer Care.

Orders may be placed via the Educator Store, by fax (336-808-6050), or by calling Customer Care from 9 A.M.–5 P.M. (EST). Orders cannot be accepted via orders@kindermusik.com due to non-secure credit card information being sent via email.
