Are you having trouble logging into the Teacher's Lounge?
 
Please consider these possibilities:

Kindermusik Educators who have entered the Teacher's Lounge prior to today:

1) Have you entered your login information correctly? Your Licensed Educator Login should include your first initial followed by your last name. And your password is your customer ID.

2) Have you changed your name recently? It is possible that our records were not updated accurately. You can check your last invoice to see the name we have in our database. If it is incorrect, you can use that spelling to enter the Teacher's Lounge immediately. Then, follow-up by sending us an e-mail to info@kindermusik.com request the spelling is accurate in our system.

3) Is your license current? If you didn't renew your license last March, you will need to update your licensing status before accessing the Teacher's Lounge.

4.) Have you updated your Internet browser recently? It is possible that you do not have a current Internet browser installed on your computer. For more details, choose one of the links below.

Newly trained Kindermusik Educators:

1) Have you entered your login information correctly? Remember in your Licensed Educator Login you no longer need to include your Learning Group number - that is only for access into WebCT. Your password is the same as before - your customer ID.

2) Have you allowed enough time for your license to be processed? If you sent your license to Kindermusik International within the last two weeks, it is likely that it is still being processed. Please return and try again next Tuesday.

3.) Have you updated your Internet browser recently? It is possible that you do not have a current Internet browser installed on your computer. For more details, choose one of the links below.
