When kids learn big concepts in groups, it’s more likely to stick. Level 5 classes introduce music notation, new and complex instruments, and different genres of music. Children participate in ensembles while improving their problem-solving and pre-literacy skills.
Ready to take instrument exploration up a notch? Level 5 classes teach children how to use musical notation to play instruments like the recorder and glockenspiel, and hone in on critical milestones to boost school readiness and performance.
Originally from central New York, Jeanette founded The Piano Lab, a music school in 1985, still operating under her daughter. She became an accredited Kindermusik educator in 1994, and built one of the largest programs in the United States while living in NY. She has since moved to Lake Wylie, South Carolina and is currently teaching Kindermusik and piano lessons in a new location. Her love of Kindermusik has moved her into the role of a training coach for Kindermusik International. Jeanette has 4 adult children and 5 grandchildren.
The Piano Lab has been offering music lessons for over 40 years in piano, voice, and Kindermusik. Our Kindermusik classes are for ages newborn to 5 years old. We also offer Music for Little Mozart Piano classes for ages 5 to 7.
We are located next to the Chadwicks Post Office and across the street from St. Patricks/St. Anthony's Church.
