Legal stuff: By entering the “Itsy Bitsy Spider” contest, you represent and warrant that your video submission is your original work and that you have obtained permission from each person whose name, image, likeness or voice is included in your video submission, that such person(s) (or the parent or legal guardian of such person(s), in the case of minors) have granted you all necessary rights to use their name, image, likeness, or voice as described in these contest guidelines, and that you can make written copies of such permissions available to Kindermusik upon request. By submitting, you grant Kindermusik International permission to use, reproduce or distribute the video submission in any appropriate configurations without additional compensation, as well as permission to use any images and sounds from the video in conjunction with the promotion of Kindermusik International. A minimum of 50 entries must be received by the deadline for prize to be awarded. Kindermusik International reserves the right to modify the contest at any time (i.e. extend deadline, etc.). Video submissions deemed by the contest judges to be inappropriate or failing to meet contest requirements will be disqualified.
